| 摘 要： | 目的 比较全血和成分血输注在冠状动脉搭桥术中、术后的疗效。方法 择期实施冠状动脉搭桥术患者91例，分别输注全血和成分血，对术中用血量、红细胞压积（HCT）、血红蛋白（Hb）、血K^＋、术后发热和术后住院天数等指标进行比较和分析。结果 输注全血与成分血在冠状动脉搭桥术中的疗效差异无显著性（P〉0．01）。结论 在冠状动脉搭桥术中提倡成分输血。

| Abstract: | Objective To compare the effects between whole blood and blood components therapy during coronary artery bridges operation.Methods 91 patients planed to be operated were divided into two groups.The two groups took whole blood and blood components respectively.Then the quantity of blood transfused during operation,HCT,Hb,K~ ,days under fever and days in hospital after operation were analyzed.Result All signs between two groups had no significant difference.Conclusion The blood components therapy was called for patients under coronary artery bridges operation in order to decrease blood reaction and economize blood resource. |
