| 摘 要： | 本文采用灌注、解剖剥离方法对46具胎儿、2具儿童尸体骶中支数、起始类型、汇入部位、行径及其属支在骶前的分布等进行了观察。并就骶中静脉的临床意义进行了探讨。在直肠切除术中,沿直肠固有筋膜及骶前筋膜之间游离直肠后壁是预防骶前出血的关键。

| Abstract: | On 46 newborn and 2 children cadavens, the number type of origin, the confluent site, the course of middle sacyal vein (MSV)and its branches distribution in anterior sacrum were observed by injecting and dissecting. The clinical significance of MSV were also discussed. The rseults show that. The key to preventing from bleeding of anterior sacral vein is posterior rectal wall is that dissociated between the proper fascia of rectum and anterior sacral fascia in rectectomy. |
