地诺前列酮促宫颈成熟及引产效果观察

目的:探讨地诺前列酮栓用于足月妊娠产妇促宫颈成熟及引产的临床效果。方法:以我院82例妊娠足月待产孕妇为研究对象分为观察组和对照组,分别给予地诺前列酮栓和催产素,观察促宫颈成熟及引产效果。结果:观察组6h、12h后宫颈Bishop评分提高程度、促宫颈成熟显效率、总有效率均明显高于对照组(P<0.05或0.01);48h内有32例(78.0%)临产,31例(75.6%)经阴道分娩。观察组临产时间和分娩时间明显短对照组,产后出血量也少(P<0.05或0.01)。结论:地诺前列酮栓用于足月妊娠促宫颈成熟及引产,安全、高效、阴道分娩率高,产程短,适合临床进一步研究和推广使用。

The Effect Observation of Dinoprostone in Promoting Cervical Ripening and Artificial Labor

Objective:To investigate the clinical effects of dinoprostone for full-term pregnancy maternal cervical ripening and artificial labor.Methods:82 cases of full-term pregnancy in pregnant women were divided into observation group and the control group,cervical ripening and artificial labor effect was observed by given dinoprostone and oxytocin.Results:In the observation group,the improvement degree of Bishop score after 6h,12h,cervical ripening significant efficiency and the total effective rate was significantly higher than control group(P<0.05 or 0.01);there were 32 cases(78.0%) of labor in 48 hours with 31 cases(75.6%) of vaginal delivery.Labor time and delivery time of the observation group was significantly shorter with less postpartum hemorrhage(P<0.05 or 0.01).Conclusion:Using dinoprostone for cervical ripening and artificial labor had the advantages of safety,efficiency,high rate of vaginal delivery and short birth process,which was suitable for further clinical research and use.
