中西医结合治疗功能性消化不良35例疗效观察

目的观察中西医结合治疗功能性消化不良（FD）的疗效。方法将91例患者随机分为对照组56例,用西沙必利治疗;治疗组35例,用香砂六君汤合西沙必利治疗。结果治疗组显效25例,好转8例,无效2例,总有效率94.29%;对照组显效11例,好转33例,无效12例,总有效率78.57%。两组总有效率比较,差异有显著性意义（P〈0.05）。结论中西医结合治疗FD疗效好,可在临床推广应用。

Integrated Chinese-Western therapy for functional dyspepsia

Objective To study the effects of Chinese and Western medicine on functional dyspepsia.Methods Ninety-one patients with functional dyspepsia were randomly divided into two groups,in whom 56 patients in the control group were treated with cisapride,whereas 38 patients in the treatment group were treated with both cisapride and Xiang-sha-liujun-tang.Results In the treatment group,good results were achieved in 25 cases,fair in 8 and failure in 2,and the total effective rate reached to 94.29%.In the control group,good results were in 11 cases,fair in 33 and failure in 12,and the total effective rate was 78.57%.There was a significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Combination therapy of traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine has an obvious therapeutic effect on functional dyspepsia.
