脑卒中早期应用综合护理疗法的疗效观察

目的 探讨早期应用综合护理疗法对脑卒中偏瘫患者的疗效.方法 选取80例肢体偏瘫病人并随机分为康复组和对照组各40例,两组病人均接受脑卒中病人的常规治疗,对康复组病人同时实施康复训练.结果康复训练后,康复组病人运动功能明显优于对照组.结论 在脑卒中病人生命体征稳定后,及早正确地应用综合护理疗法,对恢复肢体功能、提高生活能力有重要意义.

Effect of comprehensive nursing on early cerebral apoplexy

Objective To study the effect of early application of comprehensive nursing on early cerebral apoplexy patients. Methods A total of 80 cerebral apoplexy patients complicated with hemiplegia were selected and randomly divided into rehabilitation and control groups, each with 40 cases. All cases of the two groups were accepted routine treatment. Based on that, rehabilitation training was carried out for rehabilitation group cases. Results After rehabilitation training, the motor function of rehabilitation group cases was much better than that of patients in control group. Conclusions After vital signs of cerebral apoplexy patients being stabilized, to carry out integrated care therapy as early as possible is very important for both the recovery of extremities function and the enhancement of living ability of patients.
