可吸收内植物治疗胫骨平台单纯中央塌陷型骨折探析

目的探讨胫骨平台单纯中央塌陷型骨折采用可吸收内植物治疗的临床效果。方法该研究选择的对象共40例,均为该院2010年2月—2012年2月收治的胫骨平台单纯中央塌陷型骨折的患者,按观察组和对照组各20例划分,对照组采用单纯T形钢板内固定术治疗,观察组采用聚酰氨可吸收螺钉并加可吸收内植物治疗,回顾两组临床资料。结果对两组患者行平均9个月的随访,依据Rasmussen膝关节功能评价标准对临床效果进行评定,观察组优良率为100%,对照组为80%,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。两组均无明显并发症。结论胫骨平台单纯塌陷型骨折患者在采用聚酰氨可吸收螺钉内固定的同时加用可吸收内植物治疗,可促使骨折愈合,显著恢复关节功能,提高患者生存质量。

Absorbable internal plants in the treatment of tibial plateau fracture with central collapse analysis

Objective To explore the tibial plateau with central collapse type fractures using absorbable implants for clinical effect. Methods This study selected a total of 40 cases in our hospital in 2010, are from February to 2012 February were simple tibial platform fracture patients with central collapse type, according to the observation group and the control group with 20 cases in each group division, the control group using a simple T shaped plate internal fixation treatment, the observation group was treated with polyamide absorbable screws and absorbable implant therapy, retrospective clinical data in the two groups. Results Two groups of patients with a mean follow-up of 9 months, according to Rasmussen knee function evaluation criteria for clinical effect was assessed in observation group, the excellent and good rate was 100%, 80% in the control group, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. The two groups have no significant complications. Conclusion Tibial plateau fracture patients with simple col- lapse in polyamide absorbable screw fixation with absorbable internal plant treatment, can promote the fracture healing, remarkable recovery of joint function, improve the quality of life of patients.
