老年股骨颈骨折术后家庭访视相关研究

目的针对老年股骨颈骨折患者术后实施家庭上门访视工作，以减少患者术后的肢体残疾和残障，预防并发症，全面提高老年股骨颈骨折患者术后的生活质量。方法通过术后家庭上门随访，直接为老年股骨颈骨折患者和家属提供健康知识教育和专业的功能训练。结果出院后的28例老年股骨颈骨折患者的肢体功能得到最大限度的康复，无一例出现术后相关并发症。杜绝患者和家属出现负性情绪，提高术后患者的生活质量。结论针对老年股骨颈骨折患者实施出院后家庭访视与康复指导，促进患者早日恢复患肢再站立行走的功能，取得良好的社会和经济效益。

Home visits after surgical treatment for femoral neck fracture in elderly patients

Objective Home visits nursing was applied to the elderly patients with femoral neck fracture after surgery to decrease physical disabilities in patients, to prevent complications, and to improve postoperative quality of life. Methods The elderly patients with femoral neck fracture and their family members received health education and professional function training through home visits after surgery. Results The limb function in 28 elderly patients with femoral neck fracture achieved further recovery after discharge. No corresponding complications occurred in all the patients. No patients or their family members had negative emotion. The quality of life was improved in all the patients. Conclusions Applying home visits and convalescence guide to elderly patients with femoral neck fracture can facilitate their limb function to recover and gain social and economic benefit.
