骨科年轻护士的培养探讨

目的探讨骨科专科对年轻护士的培养。方法对2012年1月—2012年11月该院骨科新进护士26人进行专科、系统性的培养。采用集体培训、一对一培训、疑难解答的方式。结果该组年轻护士护理理论和护理技能操作考试全部合格,得到医院高年资护士及医生的好评,在患者满意度方面,对年轻护士的工作满意度达到93.8%(30/32)。结论通过专业性、系统性、循序渐行式的培训,可以培养出合格的骨科护士,给患者提供优质的护理服务。

On Orthopedics Cultivation of Young Nurses

Objective The orthopedics cultivation on young nurses was discussed. Methods Special and systematic training was conducted on the 26 nurses who were newly recruited Jn our hospital from January, 2012 to November, 2012. Collective training, one-to-one training and question and answer model were adopted. Results The nursing theories and nursing technical operation examinations for the group of young nurses were all qualified and received good praise from senior nurses and doctors in the hospi- tal. In terms of patient satisfaction, the work satisfaction for the young nurses have reached 93.8%（30/32）. Conclusion Through professional, systematic and gradual training, qualified orthopedic nurses can be trained to provide good quality nursing services for the patients.
