| 摘 要： | 目的比较传统疝修补术与无张力疝修补术对腹股沟疝治疗的临床疗效。方法选取该院收治的96例腹股沟疝患者,随机分为观察组与对照组,各48例,观察组采用无张力疝修补术,对照组采用传统疝修补术,对两组的临床治疗效果进行比较分析。结果观察组较对照组临床疗效更优,两组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论无张力修补术是治疗腹股沟疝较好的手术方式,该术式操作简单、疗效确切、安全可靠、恢复快。

| Abstract: | Objective To compare the traditional hernioplasty and plug mesh hernia repair in the clinical treatment effect of inguinal hernia. Methods Select our hospital 96 cases of inguinal hernia patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group, each group had 48 patients, the observation group used plug mesh hernia repair, control group used traditional hernia repair, and compared the two group clinical effects. Results The observation group was superior clinical efficacy compared with the control group, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Tension free herniorrhaphy for treatment of inguinal hernia operation was better, the operation was simple, effective, safe, reliable and fast recovery. |
