高血压脑出血患者的血压检测观察与护理

目的检测观察血压的波动对脑出血患者的预后影响。方法对90例高血压脑出血患者的血压进行检测。结果90例患者经密切观察血压的变化及积极的控制血压等治疗后痊愈出院有42例，好转出院继续康复治疗有17例，病情危重家属要求自动出院8例，病情危重转ICU病区继续治疗8例，死亡15例。结论高血压患者脑出血的病情严重程度和预后与血压的波动情况有密切的关系，及时准确地监控血压对判断病情及正确实施治疗和制定护理措施、提高患者的生存率、治愈率具有重要意义。

Nursing experience on blood pressure detection in patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage

Objective To investigate the impact of blood pressure fluctuation on prognosis in patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage. Methods Levels of blood pressure were detected in 90 patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage. Results Cured by observing the change of blood pressure and positive control of blood pressure after treatment, 90 patients were discharged in 42 cases, improved and discharged to rehabilitation treatment in 17 cases, severe family requested automatic discharge in 8 cases, severe ICU ward to continue treatment in 8 cases, 15 cases of death. Conclusions The severity and prognosis of hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage are closely related with blood pressure fluctuations. Timely and accurate monitoring of blood pressure is to determine the condition and correctly implement treatment policies ,which is of great significance to improve the survival, the cure rate.
