食管癌根治术的围手术期护理探究

目的探究食管癌根治术围手术护理措施。方法回顾性分析该院于2010年3月—2012年6月收治的28例罹患食管癌的患者,在常规治疗的基础上,辅以护理措施,并对比患者在治疗护理前后的临床症状。结果患经护理治疗后,胸部疼痛、营养不良、吞咽困难及胸骨后烧灼感,均较治疗前有明显改善,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对于食管癌根治术的患者,提供优质、合理的护理措施,是配合治疗的基础,同时也是促进患者病情康复的保证,值得在临床进一步推广。

Esophageal Cancer Radical Mastectomy Perioperative Nursing to Explore

Objective In order research on esophageal cancer radical mastectomy to explore perioperative nursing measures. Methods Retrospective analysis in March 2010 to June 2012 were suffering from 28 cases of esophageal cancer patients, based on routine treatment, summarize nursing measures, and contrast in the treatment of patients with nursing before and after the clinical symptoms. Results After treatment with the care, chest pain, malnutrition, dysphagia and sternum after burning, than before treatment were obviously improved, and a statistically significant difference （P〈0.05）. Conclusion For patients with esophageal cancer radical masteetomy, provides high quality, the reasonable nursing measures, is fit the foundation of treatment, but also promote the guarantee of patient rehabilitation, it is worth further promotion in clinical.
