急性缺血性脑梗死动脉介入溶栓治疗临床疗效观察

目的 探讨急性缺血性脑梗死经动脉溶栓的治疗效果。方法 采用尿激酶(UK)对19例急性缺血性脑梗死病人行动脉溶栓治疗，并行临床疗效判定及DSA再通判定。结果 19例患者中临床总有效率为89．5％，DSA再通率为89．5％，有些病人即使闭塞血管未完全再通但临床症状和体征也有好转。1例溶栓中引发脑出血，在短时间内吸收。结论 动脉溶栓是安全、有效的方法，但需注意治疗的个体化和预防并发症。

The clinical efficacy of intraarterial thrombolytic therapy for acute ischemic cerebral infarction

Objective To approach the efficacy of intraarterial thrombolytic therapy for acute ischemic cerebral infarction(AICI). Methods Nineteen patients with clinically diagnosed AICI underwent intraarterial thrombolytic urokinase therapy.The clinical therapeutic efficacy and the arterial repatences were assessed by digital subtraction angiography (DSA).Results Among all patients,the total effective rate of intraarterial thrombolytic therapy was 89.5 %while the repatence rate of obstructive arteries revealed by DSA was also 89.5 %. Even though the repatences of obstructive arteries were incomplete in some patients,their clinical symptoms and signs were improved.Following the thrombolytic therapy,cerebral hemorrhage only occurred in one case by it was soon absorbed (within 12 h). Conclusion The intraarterial thrombolysis is a safe and effective means for treating AICI but it needs to notice individual therapy and prevention of complication.
