| 摘 要： | 目的 比较西酞普兰与阿米替林治疗阿尔茨海默氏病抑郁症状的疗效和安全性。方法 将63例住院患者随机分为两组，分别给予西酞普兰（治疗组）和阿米替林（对照组）治疗，观察8周，于治疗前和治疗后1，2，4，8周末分别采用汉密尔顿抑郁量表（HAMD）和副反应量表（TESS）评定疗效和不良反应。结果 两组疗效相近，但治疗组起效较快，不良反应少而轻微。结论 西酞普兰治疗阿尔茨海默氏病抑郁症状安全有效，值得临床推广应用。

| Abstract: | s:Objective To compare the efficacy and side effects of citalopram and amitriptyline in the treatment of depression in Alzheimer's disease (AD).Methods 63 patients with depression in AD were assigned randomly to citalopram group or amitriptyline group for 8 weeks.The efficacy and side effects were assessed with HAMD and TESS before and 1,2,4,6,8 weeks after the treatment.Results The efficacy of citalopram was similar to that of amitriptyline,but citalopram had fewer side effects and took effects more quickly.Conclusion Citalopram is a highly safe and efficient drug in the treatment of depression in AD. |
