单磷酸阿糖腺苷治疗老年带状疱疹疗效观察

目的观察单磷酸阿糖腺苷治疗老年带状疱疹的临床疗效及安全性。方法将76例老年带状疱疹患者分为两组,单磷酸阿糖腺苷治疗组,单磷酸阿糖腺苷200mg静脉滴注,1次/d,连续7d;更昔洛韦对照组,更昔洛韦200mg静脉滴注,1次/d,连续7d。结果单磷酸阿糖腺苷治疗组在止痛、止疱、结痂时间均显著短于对照组（P≤0.001）。带状疱疹后遗神经痛（PHN）发生率明显降低（P〈0.05）。结论单磷酸阿糖腺苷治疗老年带状疱疹起效快,能有效缩短病程,降低后遗神经痛发生率。

Therapeutic Effectiveness of Arabinofuranosyl Adenine Monophosphate for Herpes Zoster in Old Patients

Objective To study the efficacy and safety of arabinofuranosyl adenine monophosphate（Ara-Amp） for herpes zoster in old patients.Methods 76 old patients with herpes zoster were randomly divided into 2 groups.Ara-Amp was used in treatment group,and Ganciclovir in control group.The therapeutic course for both groups were 7 days.Results The average curative time in treatment group was significantly shorter then that in control group（P≤0.001）,the incidence of post-herpetic neuralgia（PHN） was significantly lesser in treatment group（P〈0.05） as compare with the control group.Conclusion The curative effect of Ara-Amp was obvious for herpes zoster in old patient with a short treatment course and low incidence of PHN.
