沭舒坦雾化治疗全麻手术后患者咳痰困难的效果观察

目的观察经沐舒坦雾化治疗全麻手术后患者咳痰困难的效果。方法将]56例全麻手术后咳痰困难的患者按入院日期单双号随机分组法分为两组,各28例,单号采用沐舒坦15m g、庆大霉素8万U、地塞米松5m g加生理盐水30m l进行雾化治疗为沐舒坦组,双号采用庆大霉素8万U、琢糜蛋白酶1000U、地塞米松5m g加生理盐水30m l进行雾化治疗为常规组。结果根据自定的疗效评价标准,沐舒坦组总有效率为96.43%,常规组为71.42%,两组总有效率经χ2检验,χ2=4.77,P<0.05,有显著性差异。结论沐舒坦雾化治疗全麻术后患者咳痰困难有较好疗效。

Effects of fog inhalation therapy with Mucosolvan in treating dys-expectoration after operation under general anesthesia

Objective To observe the effects of fog inhalation therapy with Mucosolvan in treating dys-expectoration after operation under general anesthesia. Methods 56 patients with dys-expectoration after operation under general anesthesia were divided into two groups randomly according to odd number or even number of their hospitalization date. Patients with odd number hospitalization date, who were treated with 15 mg mucosolvan, 80 000 U gentamici, 5 mg dexamethasone with 30 ml saline, were Mucosolvan group. Patients with even number hospitalization date, who were treated with 80 000 U gentamici, 1 000 U chymotrypsin, 5 mg dexamethasone with 30 ml saline, were contrast group. Results The effective rate was 96.43% in Musocolvan group and 71.42% in contrast. There was significant difference between them (tested by X2, X2=4.77, P<0.05). Conclusion Fog inhalation therapy with Mucosolvan produces better curative effect in treating dys-expectoration under general anesthesia.
