吡喹酮对体外培养卫氏并殖吸虫童虫的影响

摘    要:卫氏并殖吸虫童虫经含吡喹酮的介质体外培养后,虫体表面可出现空泡。高渗试验证明,此空泡非脂肪性小滴,而是由一层半透膜包裹的水溶性物质组成。结合虫体受压后可产生相似的体表空泡,推测空泡形成系因虫体接触吡喹酮后发生挛缩,虫体内压力增高引起体液成分外漏所致。

Abstract:It was observed that when juveniles of P. westermani were cultured in the solution containing praziquantel, some vacuoles appeared on the worm's surface. When the worms with surface vacuoles were transfered to 5% NaCl solution, the vacuoles gradually shrank. It indicated that these vacuoles were not fat drops. The similar vacuoles also appeared when worms were pressed. It suggested that the formation of the vacuoles was due to the worm' s constriction and the leak of the body fluid caused by increased pressure inside the parasite. The significance of the vacuole formation as an index of tegument damage was also discussed.
