多种手术方法结合X-刀治疗颅内肿瘤

摘    要:目的 探讨采用多种方法手术结合X -刀治疗颅内肿瘤的疗效。方法 对 70例颅内肿瘤患者在X-刀治疗前采用多种方法手术处理。包括手术切除、立体定向抽吸囊液及立体定向活检 ,然后再行X -刀治疗。结果 手术切除和抽吸囊液使肿瘤体积明显缩小 ,立体定向活检明确了肿瘤的病理类型。依据X -刀治疗后患者临床症状和CT、MRI扫描肿瘤的大小变化观察 ,以临床症状大部分消失和病变显著缩小为显效 ,加重及增大为无效 ,介于两者之间为有效。 5 4例患者获得临床随访 ,时间为 3- 5 0个月。其中显效 4 4例 ;有效 9例 ;无效 1例。结论 对颅内肿瘤采用多种手术方法可缩小病变体积 ,明确肿瘤病理类型 ,并可为X -刀治疗计划的制定提供依据 ,提高疗效

Abstract:Objective To explore the curative effect with multiple means of operation and X knife combined. Method 70 cases of intracranial tumors were treated by multiple means of operation,the technique methods including: resection of the tumor, pump out the fluid in the cyst tumor and biopsy with stereotactic operation. Results Resection of the tumor and pump out the fluid in the cyst make the volume of the tumor reduced, the pathological style of the tumor were identified by biopsy technique. The patients's outcome were valued according to their clinical symptom and CT, MRI imaging. 54 cases were follow up ranged from 3 50 months. Obvious:44 cases, effective:9 cases, inefficacy: 1 case, Conclusion Multiple means of operation and X-knife combined is a better way for the treatment of intracranial tumors.
