川芎嗪与噻氯匹啶联合治疗缺血性脑血管病的临床对比研究

目的：观察川芎嗪与噻氯丁啶联合治疗缺血性脑血管病的临床疗效。方法：将76例病人，男42例，女34例，随机分3组，治疗组；川芎嗪加噻氯匹啶32例，对照组1：单用噻氯匹啶20例；对照组2；单用川芎嗪24例。一月为一个疗程。结果：总有效率（96．85％），优于对照组1及对照组2（70％、87．5％），一年后复发率9％，对照组为13．6％和11．3％，结论：川芎嗪加噻氯匹啶治疗缺血性脑血管病优于单用川芎嗪或噻氯匹啶的治疗。

Clinical comparison in treating ischemic vascular diseases with ligustrazine and /or ticlopidine

Objective To observe the effect of Ligustrazine and Ticlopidine on ischemic vascular diseases. Methods 76 patients of ischemic vascular diseases that male 42, female 34 were divided into three groups, treated groups: Ligustrazine and Ticlopidine with 32 patients, Control 1: Ticlopidine with 20 patients and Control 2: Ligustrazine with 24 patients. The peried of treatment was one month. Results The total efficacy rate was 96.85% of treated group, which was better than Control 1 (70%) and Control 2 (87.5%). The recurrence rate in treated group was 9% in control group 1(13.6%) and control group 2 (11.3%) after one year. Conclusion Treating ischemic vascular diseases with Ligustrazine and Ticlopidine is better than with Ticlopidine or Ligustrazine alone.
