| 摘 要： | 目的探讨换血疗法治疗新生儿高胆红素血症的疗效及安全性。方法对32例通过同步换血疗法治疗新生儿高胆红素血症患儿的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果32例研究病例均疗效显著,有效率100%。结论新生儿换血疗法治疗新生儿高胆红素血症疗效显著,在对患儿进行生命体征及血液多项相关项目的密切监测下进行是安全的。

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the curative effect and safety of exchange transfusion to treat hyperbilirubinemia of newborn. Methods The clinical data of 32 eases of hyperbilirubinemia of newborn were retrospectively analyzed. Results Case study of 32 eases are a significant effect, the effective rate was 100%. Conclusion Exchange transfusion of neonatus is significantly effective to treat hyperbilirubinemia of newborn,its safety is guaranteed under close monitoring of newborns＇ vital signs and other correlated items. |
