顶叶不同部位在计算任务中作用的fMRI研究

摘    要:目的用功能MRI探讨顶叶的不同部位在计算时的活动情况。方法对18例正常青年受试者进行简单及复杂任务的功能MRI扫描,采用SPM2软件进行数据分析和脑功能区定位。结果简单及复杂计算时主要可见额前区、顶叶、小脑及枕叶的激活,顶叶的激活以顶下区为主;随着计算难度的增大,可见顶上区的激活增加。结论顶下区是计算任务的主要部位,随着计算难度的增大,顶上区的作用明显增加。

Abstract:Objective To explore the function of different part of parietal lobule in calculation task with functional magnetic resonance imaging. Methods Functional MR images were acquired in 18 healthy young subjects when they received simple calculation and complex calculation experiment. SPM2 was used to process data and localize the functional areas of brain.Results Prefrontal cortex , parietal lobe, cerebellum and occipital lobe were activated during simple calculation and complex calculation task. The dominating area in parietal lobe was inferior parietal part. With the increase of difficulty ,the increased activated number of subjects could be seen in superior parietal part.Conclusion Inferior parietal part is the dominating position in calculation task. With the increase of difficulty, the activation of superior parietal part is more obvious.
