溶栓合剂治疗急性脑梗死的临床疗效观察

目的:观察溶栓合剂治疗急性脑梗死的临床疗效.方法:选择具有溶栓指征的急性脑梗死患者88例,按随机数字表法分为治疗组与对照组,治疗组用溶栓合剂治疗,对照组仅用尿激酶治疗,两组患者的其他常规辅助治疗方法相同,观察其临床疗效以及神经功能缺损评分的变化.结果:治疗组总显效率为67.9%,总有效率为85.7%;对照组总显效率为31.3%,总有效率为68.8%;两组比较均有显著性差异(P<0.01和P<0.05).治疗后治疗组神经功能缺损评分显著降低,显著优于对照组(P<0.01).结论:溶栓合剂治疗急性脑梗死疗效优于单纯尿激酶,可促进神经功能恢复,安全性高,能降低脑出血发生率.

Clinical study of therapeutic effect of thrombolytic mixture in acute cerebral infarction

Objective: To observe the effect of thrombolytic mixture in acute cerebral infarction. Methods: Eighty-eight acute cerebral infarction patients with signs of thrombolysis were randomly divided into two groups: the therapeutic group and the control group. The therapeutic group was given thrombolytic mixture. the control group was only given urokinase. The two groups were given identical routine treatment. The effect of thrombolytic mixture and the changes of neurological deficit scale score after treatment were observed. Results: The effective rate and total effective rate were 67.9% and 85.7% in therapeutic group and 31.3% and 68.8% in control group, there were significantly difference between the two groups (P<0.01 and P<0.05). After treatment, neurological deficit scale scores in therapeutic group were significantly lower than those in control group(P<0.01). Conclusion: The thrombolytic mixture is effective and safe for acute cerebral infarction, with promoting neurological recovery. The cerebral hemorrhage rate is reduced.
