| Abstract: | Three lipopeptides, ciliatamides A-C ( 1- 3), were isolated from the deep-sea sponge Aaptos ciliata, and their structures were elucidated on the basis of spectroscopic and chemical methods. Ciliatamides A ( 1) and B ( 2) were found to be antileishmanial, while 2 also exhibited marginal cytotoxicity to HeLa cells. |
