PBL教学法在护理临床带教中的应用研究

摘    要:目的探讨PBL教学法(Problem-based Learning,PBL)在护理临床带教中的应用效果。方法将我院120名护理实习生随机分为两组:60名采用临床路径式带教方法作为对照组,另外60名采用PBL教学法作为实验组,在出科前进行考核,同时对PBL组的实习生进行问卷调查,比较分析两组护理实习生的理论、操作、病历书写成绩以及综合成绩。结果实验组护理实习生的理论成绩(92±1.6)、病历书写成绩(94±3.5)及综合成绩(93±3.4)均明显高于对照组护理实习生的理论成绩(88±3.0)、病历书写成绩(86±4.6)及综合成绩(88±4.7),比较均有显著性差异(p<0.05)。问卷调查PBL组的所有同学都认为PBL教学法能激发学习兴趣,提高自学能力以及分析解决问题的能力;96.7%的同学认为PBL教学法有助于培养评判性思维能力。结论PBL教学法在护理临床带教中的应用,有利于培养护理实习生的自学能力和评判性思维能力,显著提高了护理临床带教质量。
