| 摘 要： | 采用３ＨＴｄＲ释放法测定了２０例肝癌患者的外周血自然杀伤细胞（ＮＫ）活性及淋巴因子激活的杀伤细胞（ＬＡＫ）活性，同时用ＡＢＣ法检测其外周血Ｔ细胞亚群变化。结果显示，肝癌患者的外周血ＮＫ和ＬＡＫ活性显著低于正常人（Ｐ＜０．０１），Ｔ细胞亚群ＣＤ３及ＣＤ４细胞减少（Ｐ＜０．０１），ＣＤ８细胞增多（Ｐ＜０．０１），ＣＤ４／ＣＤ８比值显著降低（Ｐ＜０．０１）且出现倒置。上述结果提示肝癌患者细胞免疫功能出现紊乱及免疫活性细胞功能有缺陷。

| Abstract: | he in vitro natural killer(NK)activity and
lymphokine-activated killer(LAK) activity of peripheralblood mononuclear cells from 20 patients
with hepatocellular carcinoma,were investigated. The NK andLAK activities of the patients were
significantly decreased compared with those of healthy volunteers(P<0. 01). An analysis on T
lymphocyte-subpopulations with monoclonal antibody using ABC method showedthat CD3 cells
and CD4 cells were less in number in patients than those in normal controls , but CD8 cellswere
more than those in normal controls.These results indicate the existence of a disorder of cellular
im-munity system and a deficiency of immunocompetent cells. |
