| 摘 要： | 目的:观察丙泊酚及丙泊酚伍用曲马多在人工流产术的麻醉效果。方法:60例患者随机分为丙泊酚组(P组)和丙泊酚-曲马多组(PT组)。比较两组患者术中M AP、HR及SpO2变化、麻醉镇痛效果、术后不良反应。结果:两组麻醉都能满足手术要求,但镇痛PT组优于P组(P<0.05)。术后下腹痛,PT组小于P组(P<0.05)。结论:两种麻醉方法均可取得满意的镇痛效果,但丙泊酚伍用曲马多的不良反应小,更适合于人工流产术麻醉。

| Abstract: | Objective:To investigate the effect of propofol or propofol combined with tramadol on anesthesia of induced abortion.Methods:60 patients were randomly divided into group P and group PT.MAP,HR,SpO_2,analgesia effect during operation and postoperative,side effect were measured.Results:Satisfactory analgesia effects were achieved in both groups.Analgesia were obviously better in the group PT than that in the group P(P<0.05).The rate of postopetative side effects was significantly lower in group PT than that in group P(P<0.05).Conclosion:The two anesthesia methods are suitable for induced aborion,but the side effect are much less with propofol combined with tramadol. |
