圣脑康丸对快速进入高原青年男性血压、心率的影响

目的：观察圣脑康丸对快速进入高原的青年男性士兵血压、心率的影响。方法：300名进藏新兵随机分为圣脑康组（n=100）、红景天组（n=100）和对照组（n=100）。分别测定进入高原前和进入高原后不同时间受试者的血压、心率。结果：与进入高原前相比,各组受试者进入高原后在第1天收缩压、舒张压及心率均有不同程度的升高、加快（P〈0.05）;在第7天时,圣脑康组及红景天组收缩压、舒张压及心率较对照组均降低（P〈0.05）,并且圣脑康组收缩压、舒张压及心率比红景天组更低（P〈0.05）。结论：圣脑康和红景天对快速进入高原人员的血压、心率有稳定调节的作用,而圣脑康丸稳定调节血压、心率效果优于红景天。

Effects of Shengnaokang pills on the blood pressure and heart rate of young soldiers rapidly entering high altitude
