住院患儿糖皮质激素使用现状分析

通过调查分析包头市3所三级以上综合性医院2010年住院患儿糖皮质激素的使用情况．了解住院患儿糖皮质激素的使用情况，为临床合理用药提供依据。随机抽取包头市3所三级以上综合性医院2010年1～12月0-14岁住院患儿病案2510例。将有关信息记录于设计完整的糖皮质激素使用调查表中。统计分析糖皮质激素的使用情况，结果发现患儿糖皮质激素使用广泛，常见病使用率较高，以地塞米松磷酸钠注射液为主，包头市住院患儿糖皮质激素使用欠合理，应严格执行《糖皮质激素类药物临床应用指导原则》，促进合理用药。

Utilization of Glucocorticoids in Hospitalized Children

To probe the utilization of glucocorticoids in hospitalized children located at the city of Baotou, so as to provide a reference for rational utilization of glucocorticoids. A total of 2510 medical records of hospitalized children were randomly sampled from 3 general hospitals of Baotou during 2010 and the relevant information was collected for statistical analysis of the utilization of glucocorticoids with regard to varieties. The glucocorticoids were widely used in hospitalized children in Baotou area,which were mainly used in common diseases and the dexamethasone sodium phosphate injection was the most frequently used drug of glucocorticoids. Abuse or misuse of glucocorticoids was noted in some cases of hospitalized children in Baotou area, and we should strictly abide by the Guideline Principles of Clinical Application of Glucocorticoids to promote rational drug utilization.
