| 摘 要： | 推拿[扌衮]法是由丁季峰先生在一指禅手法基础上所创，但怎样演化而来并没有文字记载。作者在搜集整理推拿[扌衮]法的演化过程中，发现[扌衮]法正确操作的肢体运动有其独特的运动特征，错误的操作也有其运动特征。本文对[扌衮]法的这些运动特征进行了详细分析，对准确认识、掌握并正确使用这一手法将会有所帮助。

| Abstract: | As the evolvement of the rolling manipulation in Chinese Tuina, founded by doctor Ding Jifeng, was not recorded in literature, the writer summarizdes it according to what the students and prentices learned from Ding Jifeng have said. In the meantime, there is special kinematic character in the manipulating rightly or wrongly. This article analyzes the kinematic character of the rolling in detail in order that the doctors could understand, control and utilize the rolling manipulation rightly. |
