| 摘 要： | 目的 观察采用自体穿透角膜移植术或自体游离板层角膜瓣移植治疗角膜白斑及角膜穿孔的临床疗效.方法 采用自体穿透角膜移植术治疗角膜白斑4例（4眼）.自体游离板层角膜瓣移植修补8例（8眼）角膜穿孔（中央、周边）.结果 术后前房恢复,创口愈合好.术前视力光感～0.25.术后有不同程度提高.术后视力0.06～0.25者7眼,0.3～0.4者3眼,0.5～0.8者2眼.结论 自体角膜移植不存在排斥反应,具有操作简单,取材方便,疗效好,反应轻,并发症少的优点,是治疗角膜白斑及穿孔的一种有效术式.

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the therapeutic effect of the lamellar or penetrating corneal autografting were performed in patient with corneal leukoma and corneal perforation. Methods 4 eyes of corneal leukoma were treated with penetrating autograting,8 eyes of corneal perforation were treated with lamllar corneal autografing. Results All of 12 eyes were cured. The corrected visual auity improved in all cases. Conclusion Corneal auto transplantation is no rejection. It is safe and effective method for the treatment of corneal leukoma and corneal perforation. |
