| 摘 要： | 目的:观察生精逍遥散治疗少弱精症所致男性不育症的疗效性和安全性。方法:74例患者随机分为两组,治疗组38例用自拟生精逍遥散和对照组36例用五子衍宗丸治疗。疗程3个月。结果:治疗组总有效率92.11%;女方妊娠率为10.53%。对照组女方妊娠率为5.56%。治疗组临床疗效优于对照组(P<0.01)。两组均能提高精液质量,但治疗组在提高精子密度、前向运动精子数量方面优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:生精逍遥散能提高少弱精症所致男性不育症的疗效。
