脑忆清胶囊对痴呆小鼠自由基代谢的影响

摘    要:目的:研究脑忆清胶囊对痴呆小鼠自由基代谢的影响。方法:小鼠每日颈背皮下注射5%D-半乳糖0.5ml,40d可造成拟痴呆模型,在注射D-半乳糖的同时,分别灌服脑忆清胶囊混悬液7.0,3.5及1.75g/kg3种剂量,并与脑复康作了比较观察。结果:脑忆清胶囊可明显提高拟痴呆小鼠血液中超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)的活性和脑组织中SOD活性,显著降低拟痴呆小鼠血清、脑中过氧化脂质(LPO)的浓度和脑中单胺氧化酶B(MAO-B)活性,抑制拟痴呆小鼠脑、心、肝、肾组织中脂褐素(LF)的形成。结论:脑忆清胶囊有较好的清除自由基、延缓细胞衰老和改善大脑功能的作用。

Abstract:Objective: To study effect of Naoyiqing Capsule on metabolism of free redicals in dementia mice. Methods: The dementia model was induced by subcutaneous injection of 5% D-galactose on the back of the neck of mice 0.5 ml daily for 40 days. Naoyiqing Capsule was given to them orally at the dose of 7.0 , 3.5 and 1.75 g/kg, and was compared with piracetam. Results: It showed that Naoyiqing Capsule significantly increased the activities of SOD, CAT and GSH-Px in blood and the activity of SOD in brain of dementia mice, significantly decreased the concentration of LPO in serum and brain and the activity of MAO-B in brain of dementia mice, greatly inhibited the formation of LF in brain, heart, kidney and liver of dementia mice. Conclusion: These results suggested that Naoyiqing Capsule possess the reliable functions of eliminating free radical, delaying cell aging and improving the function of brain.
