2型糖尿病是一种常见的内分泌及代谢紊乱疾病,主要表现为β细胞功能不全和胰岛素抵抗引起的胰岛素分泌相对不足,而胰岛素分泌不足又会影响微量元素的体内平衡。目前发现,微量元素不仅对人体细胞代谢和生命功能的维持起重要作用,而且对胰岛素的合成、分泌、贮存、活性以及代谢都有着极大的影响。因此,研究微量元素与2型糖尿病的关系对糖尿病的预防和治疗有着独特的意义。

Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus and Trace Element

Type 2 diabetes is a common syndrome with disordered metabolism and endocrine whose character is relatively inadequate insulin secretion due to a combination of insulin resistance and beta-cell dysfunction.Increasing evidence indicates that deficiency of insulin secretion could affect trace element homoiostasis.Meanwhile,trace element could also play an important role in insulin synthesis,secretion,storage,activity and metabolism in addition to its role in the maintainance of cell metabolism and life function.Therefore,studying the relation between type 2 diabetes and trace element could have a unique significance to the prevention and treatment of diabetes.
