针刺配合穴位贴膜治疗中风偏瘫的疗效观察

目的　观察针刺配合穴位贴膜治疗中风偏瘫的临床疗效。方法　 96例中风偏瘫患者随机分成 3组 ,针刺组 2 8例 ,穴位贴膜组 2 7例 ,综合治疗组 3 1例 ,分别应用针刺、穴位敷贴以及二者综合的方法同期用来治疗中风偏瘫。结果　各组疗法均能改善患者的肢体功能与肌力。针刺组、穴位贴膜组和综合治疗组的总有效率分别为 84.4%、71.0 %和 93 .9% ,其中综合治疗组优于其他二组 ,与穴位贴膜组有显著性差异 ( P<0 .0 5 )。结论　针刺治疗配合穴位贴膜治疗中风偏瘫疗效显著。

Observations on the Curative Effect of Acupuncture Plus Acupoint Application on Apoplectic Hemiplegia

Purpose To investigated the curative effect of acupuncture plus acupoint application on apoplectic hemiplegia. Method Ninety-six patients with apoplectic hemiplegia were randomly divided into 3 groups with 28 cases in an acupuncture group, 27 cases in an acupoint application group and 31 cases in a combined treatment group. They were treated by acupuncture, acupoint application and combined two, respectively, in the same period. Results Limb function and myodynamia were improved in all the groups. The total effetive rate was 84.4%, 71.0% and 93.9% in the acupuncture, acupoint application and combined treatment groups, respectively. The effect in the combined treatment group was superior to that in the other two groups and significantly different from that in the acupoint application group (P<0.05). Conclusion Acupuncture plus acupoint application has a marked effect on apoplectic hemiplegia.
