原发性肾小球肾炎患者肾组织白细胞介素13表达及其作用

摘    要:目的 :探讨不同病理类型的原发性肾小球肾炎 (PGN)患者肾组织白细胞介素 13(IL - 13)的表达 ,进一步了解PGN的分子病理机制 ,为临床治疗探索一种新的方法。方法 :应用免疫组化ABC技术检测 72例原发性肾小球肾炎 (PGN)患者和 12例正常对照组肾组织IL - 13的表达 ,对比不同病理类型的PGN患者肾组织IL- 13的表达。结果 :正常对照组肾小管间质区少量表达IL - 13,PGN患者肾小管上皮细胞和间质细胞均见较多、较强的IL - 13表达 ,且随着肾小管间质病变由轻到重损害的加重 ,PGN患者肾小管间质区IL - 13表达增加。PGN患者肾小管间质区IL - 13表达与血清肌酐浓度 (Scr)呈正相关 (r=0 .6 6 6 7,P <0 .0 0 1) ,与Ccr呈负相关 (r =0 .5 4 13,P <0 .0 0 1)。正常对照组肾小球区无IL - 13表达 ,增殖性肾小球肾炎 (MsPGN、MsCGN、ECPGN)患者肾小球区少量表达IL - 13,而非增殖性肾小球肾炎 (FSGS、MCD、MN)患者肾小球区无表达。结论 :IL - 13可能参与PGN的免疫炎症过程 ,肾小管间质区IL - 13表达与PGN患者肾功能及肾小管间质损害程度密切相关。

Abstract:Objective:The expression of interleukin-13 in renal tissues was studied to eluciate the molecular pathogencsis of various pathologic types of primary glomcmlonephritis(PGN). Method:Immune histochemistry ABC technology was used to examine the expression of interleukin-13 in renal tissues in patients with PGN in various pathologic types and in normal control groups. Results:Extensive IL-13 was found in tubulointcrsfitial of patients with PON, and increased following by tubulointcrstifial damaging aggravation. Thc expression of IL-13 in tubulointerstitial was correlated positively with the concentrafion of scrum creafinine (Scr) ( r = 0.6667, P < 0.001);negatively with thc creatinine clear rate (Ccr) ( r =-0.5413, P < 0.001 ). Mild IL-13 was found in glomorulus of proliferating glomerulonephritis (MsPGN, MsCGN, ECPGN),but none in that of non- Prolihferating glomerulonophritis (FSGS, MN)and control groups.Conclusions: IL-13 may play an important role in immune and inflammatory regulation in PON, and the expcssion of IL-13 in tubulointcrstitial was closely correlated with the degrees of glomeruar and tubulointerstitial lesion.
