摘    要:[目的 ]寻找一种尽可能保持单克隆抗体效价的方法。 [方法 ]两种收集方法通过PP - 6蠕动泵浓缩抗体同为 2 5 6 ( ) ,看弃液量。 [结果 ]培养瓶收集的上清液效价比盐水瓶收集的上清液效价高 ,但两者浓缩后达到相同的效价弃液量相差不多。 [结论 ]单克隆抗体效价保存存在平台期 ,应冷冻保存 ,等浓缩时再复苏 ,这样下降能缓慢些

Abstract:To find a effective collecting method to retain the titer of monoclonal antibody. Two methods were used to collect monoclonal antibody, and then condensed it to a titer 256( ) with PP-6 peristaltic pump.The quantity of waste liquid was compared. When supernatant antibody was collected into culture bottle, the titer was higher than that of supernatant collected into saline solution bottle. But with both collecting methods, the quantity of waste liquid was similar when the supernatant was condensed to the same titer. [Conclusion] There is a flat stage in monoclonal antibody storage, so it should be freezed and not be thawed untill it is to be condensed. The drop of titer can be slowed by this.
