济宁市2004-2008年肠道传染病疫情分析

摘    要:目的了解济宁部分县市2004~2008年肠道传染病疫情流行病学特征,为综合防制水性疾病提供依据。方法对部分县市2004~2008年肠道传染病疫情动态分析。结果2004~2008年肠道传染病在济宁市六县市区分布差别有统计学意义(P〈0.05),2004~2007年均以任城区、汶上县构成较高,2008年肠道传染病主要分布在任城区(41.09%)。病例最少的县市2005年至2008年都是曲阜市。2004~2008年肠道传染病年龄分布差别有统计学意义(P〈0.05),主要分布在0~5岁组,各年份总体变化情况有随着年龄增加而病例分布呈下降的趋势。2004~2008年肠道传染病人群分布差别有统计学意义(P〈0.05),不同年份肠道传染病人群均以散居儿童和农民构成比最高。结论济宁市肠道传染病发病主要年龄组为0~5岁组,重点人群为散居儿童和农民。

The epidemic analysis of intestinal infection in Jining from 2004 to 2008

Abstract:Objective To explore the epidemiological characteristic of intestinal infection in some affiliated cities of Jining from 2004 to 2008 and to provide the data that facilitates the control of water--borne diseases. Methods Dynamic analysis was established to analyse intestinal infection in some affiliated cities of Jining from 2004 to 2008. Results There was significant difference in endemic distribution of intestinal infection in six affiliated cities of Jining from 2004 to 2008 (P〈0.05) ,in which most cases of intestinal infection were found in RenCheng region (41.09% ,2008) and Wenshang from 2004 to 2007 and the fewest cases of intestinal infection were found in Qufu from 2005 to 2008. There was significant difference in age distribution of intestinal infection in six affiliated cities from 2004 to 2008 (P〈0.05), in which most cases of intestinal infection were found in the 0-5 age group and decreased with the increasing of age each year from 2004 to 2008. There was significant difference in population distribution of intestinal infection in six affiliated cities of Jining from 2004 to 2008 ( P〈0.05 ), in which most cases of intestinal infection were found in scattered population of children and farmers. Conclusion Most cases of intestinal infection were found in the 0- 5 age group and especially in scattered population of children and farmers.
