围产因素与新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病发病的关系研究

[目的] 探讨围产期高危因素与新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病(NIE)发病的关系及防治措施。[方法]对我科近3年所分娩的新生儿和38例HIE患儿的围产期资料进行回顾性研究，整理所有资料并进行相关的统计学处理。[结果] 无产检、高危妊娠、胎儿宫内窘迫、新生儿窒息、阴道手术产HIE发生率高于其相应对照组；Logistic回归分析表明：高危妊娠、胎儿宫内窘迫、新生儿窒息为HIE发生的主要危险因素。[结论] 加强围产期保健，充分认识易造成HIE的各种围产期高危因素，及时采取预防措施，对预防和减少HIE的发生有重要意义。

Study on the Relationship Between Perinatal Factors and the Neonatal Hypoxic Ischemic Encephalopath

To study the relationship between perinatal high risk factors and HIE of neonate, and its prevention and treatment methods. A retrospective study was performed on the perinatal data of neonates and 38 cases of HIE during the last 3 years in our hospital. These date were analyzed by statistics. The incidence of HIE in neonates who had no prenatal examination, high risk pregnancy, fetal distress, neonatal asphyxia and vaginal operation delivery was higher than that of the control. The logistic analysis indicated that the main risk factors of HIE was high risk pregnancy, fetal distress and neonatal asphyxia.[Conclusions] It is important to strengthen perinatal care, fully realize the perinatal high risk factors of HIE, and to adopt preventive methods in time to prevent and cure the occurrence of HIE.
