| 摘 要： | 目的报道手术治疗颅脑外伤后晚期顽固性癫痫42例。方法采用影像学、临床及皮层电图（ECOG）准确定位。手术切除病灶及致痫灶。结果本组病例手术有效率85.0％。结论此类患者应手术治疗，以减少药物毒性及改善神经精神症状。

| Abstract: | Objective To report 42 cases receiving operation on late intractable epilepsy of brain injury. Methods Epileptogenic focus was located and removed in the light of photographic technique and clinical observation as weil as electrocorticogram. Results The resu1t showed that the effective rate of the operation was 85%. Conclusion Such patients must be operated on to reduce drug side-effect and to improve neuropsychosis. |
