| 摘 要： | 灵芝对化学刺激、热板刺激引起的小鼠疼痛都具有镇痛作用,化学刺激镇痛作用的ED_(50)为4.98g/kg;灵芝能减少小鼠的自发活动,其ED_(50)为2.65g/kg,此外尚能增强戊巴比妥的镇静作用;3.5g/kg能显著延长小鼠的游泳时间,5.0g/kg和7.5g/kg可提高小鼠的耐缺氧能力。

| Abstract: | Ganoderma Lucidum possesses analgesia action on mice pain induced by chemical irritation and thermal plate, The ED_(50) of analgesia action on chemical irritation is 4.98g/kg. It can also reduce the spontaneous activity of mice and the ED_(50) is 2. 65g/kg. In addition, it can somewhat enhance the sedation of pentobarbital. 3.5g/kg of Ganoderma Lucidum can obviously lengthen the swimming time of mice, 5.0g/kg and 7.5g/kg can raise the capacity of oxygen deficit tolerance. |
