摘    要:目的:研究氨溴索与环丙沙星联用对铜绿假单胞菌生物膜形成的影响。方法:采用中心静脉导管为载体培养铜绿假单胞菌生物膜,分别加入生理盐水、氨溴索、环丙沙星及环丙沙星+氨溴索处理,以光密度(OD)值为指标,采用结晶紫染色法定量测定细胞生物膜形成量。结果:与加入生理盐水比较,加入氨溴索后OD值无差异;但加入环丙沙星及环丙沙星+氨溴索后OD值均降低,尤其以加入环丙沙星+氨溴索后OD值降低更明显(P<0.01)。结论:氨溴索可增强环丙沙星对细菌生物膜形成的抑制作用。

Abstract:OBJECTIVE: To investigate the effect of ciprofloxacin combined with ambroxol on biofilm of pseudomonas aeruginosa in vitro. METHODS: Biofilms of pseudomonas aeruginosa were cultured with central venous catheter as the carrier and exposed in normal saline, ambroxol, ciprofloxacin and ambroxol combined with ciprofloxacin, respectively. The synthesis of biofilms was measured quantitatively with crystal violet staining method with optical density (OD) as index. RESULTS: The OD value of biofilms of pseudomonas aeruginosa treated with ambroxol was same to that exposing in normal saline. The OD value decrease of biofilms of pseudomonas aeruginosa exposing in ciprofloxacin combined with ambroxol was higher than that treated with ciprofloxacin (P0.01). CONCLUSION: Ambroxol can significantly enhance the inhibition effect of ciprofloxacin on the synthesis of bacterial biofilms.
