还原型谷胱甘肽联合黄芪注射液治疗糖尿病肾病的疗效观察

目的:观察还原型谷胱甘肽(GSH)联合黄芪注射液治疗糖尿病肾病的临床疗效。方法:将50例糖尿病肾病患者随机分为对照组和观察组,各25例。对照组应用黄芪注射液治疗,观察组在此基础上联合GSH治疗;检测治疗前、后的尿β2-微球蛋白、肌酐、尿素氮、尿白蛋白排泄率及24 h尿蛋白定量。结果:2组治疗前、后各项指标均有明显改善,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,2组间比较,观察组的各项指标明显优于对照组,且差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。除观察组有1例患者出现低血糖反应外,其余患者均未见明显不良反应。结论:GSH联合黄芪注射液较单用黄芪注射液治疗糖尿病肾病的疗效显著,且安全可靠。

Clinical Efficacy of Reduced Glutathione Combined with Astragalus Membranaceus Injection for Diabetic Nephropathy

OBJECTIVE：To observe the clinical efficacy of reduced glutathione（GSH）combined with Astragalus membranaceus injection for diabetic nephropathy（DN.） METHODS：50 cases of diabetes nephropathy were randomly divided into control group（n=25）and observation group（n=25.） Control group received Astragalus.membranaceus injection and observation group received GSH combined with Astragalus.membranaceus injection;The β2 microglobulin（β2MG）,creatinine（Cr）,urea nitrogen（BUN）,urinary albumin excretion rate（UAER）and 24 hours urinary protein quantity（UPQ）were measured before and after treatment.RESULTS：Clinical index of 2 groups were improved significantly before and after treatment,there were statistical significance（P0.05）;Clinical index of observation group were better than that of control group,there were statistical significance between control group and observation group（P0.05.）Apart from one case of hypoglycemia in patients,the remaining patients were no obvious adverse rections.CONCLUSION：GSH combined with Astragalus.membranaceus injection is safer,more effective and reliable than Astragalus.membranaceus injection alone in the treatment of DN.
