| 摘 要： | 目的:观察补中益气汤加味对结直肠癌化疗所致便秘的疗效。方法:将70例结直肠癌化疗引起便秘的患者随机分成中药治疗组和西药对照组:中药治疗组口服补中益气汤加味;西药对照组口服聚乙二醇4000颗粒。疗程均为14d,比较2组疗效。结果:中药治疗组的疗效明显优于西药对照组(P<0.05)。结论:补中益气汤加味治疗结直肠癌化疗后引起的便秘疗效良好。

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE：To observe clinical efficacy of Modified buzhong yiqi decoction in the treatment of constipation resulted from chemotherapy for colorectal cancer.METHODS：70 colorectal cancer patients with constipation resulted from chemotherapy were randomly divided into traditional Chinese medicine（TCM） treatment group and western medicine control group.TCM treatment group were given Modified buzhong yiqi decoction and western medicine control group were given PEG4000 orally for 14 days.Clinical efficacies of two groups were compared.RESULTS：Clinical efficacy of TCM treatment group was significantly better than in western medicine control group（P〈0.05）.CONCLUSION：Modified buzhong yiqi decoction has sound curative effect on constipation resulted from chemotherapy for colorectal cancer. |
