摘    要:目的:优选云南萝芙木中总生物碱的最佳提取工艺。方法:采用L16(45)正交设计,以浸膏得率、总生物碱的含量为指标,以提取溶剂浓度、加热时间、料液比、提取次数、提取温度为因素,优化云南萝芙木中总生物碱的提取工艺。结果:最佳提取工艺为75%乙醇,加热3h,料液比为1∶10,加热4次,加热温度为70℃。在最佳工艺条件下,总生物碱含量为1.24%。结论:优选得到的提取工艺简单、稳定、可行。

Abstract:OBJECTIVE:To optimize the extraction process of total alkaloids from Rauvolfia verticillata. METHODS:The extraction technology of total alkaloids was optimized by L16(4^5) orthogonal experiment with the yield of extractum and the contents of total alkaloids as index, and with the concentration of solvent, heating time, ratio of raw material to liquid, extraction times, extraction temperature as factors. RESULTS:The optimal extraction process was adding 10 times of 75% alcohol, refluxing and extracting for 4 times at 70 ℃, 3 hours per time. Under the optimal conditions, the yield of total alkaloids was 1.24%. CONCLUSION:The optimal extraction process is simple, stable and practical.
