青蒿种子萌发特性的研究

摘    要:目的:研究青蒿种子的萌发特性,了解温度、光照等条件对青蒿种子萌发的影响。方法:采用常规的发芽试验方法进行试验,设置不同温度(5、10、15、20、25、30℃恒温及5/15℃、10/20℃、15/25℃变温)、不同发芽床(纸上、纸间、砂上、砂间、土壤上、土壤间)、光照与黑暗对照等处理对青蒿种子进行发芽试验,测定其发芽率和发芽指数。结果:青蒿种子发芽最适温度为20℃,此时发芽率最高,达到93.00%,需光照;最适发芽床为纸上,发芽初次计数时间为置床后第5天,末次计数时间为置床后第11天。结论:本试验对研究青蒿种子的萌芽习性作了初步研究,可为青蒿的田间栽培提供参考依据。

Abstract:OBJECTIVE: To study the germination characteristics of the seeds ofArtemisia annua, and to understand the effects of light and temperature on it. METHODS: The general germination method was used. The germination rate and index of the seeds of A. annua were determined under different temperature conditions (5, 10, 15, 20, 25, 30, 5/15, 10/20, 15/25℃)and different germination cultivation conditions (on the top of filter paper, between filter paper, on the top of sand, between sand, on the top of soil, between soil) and different light conditions. RESULTS: The optimal seed germination conditions ofA. annua were as follows: temperature of 20℃, lighting and on the top of filter paper. The germination percentage of 93.00% reached peak value. The first seedling-counting time was at 5 th day of test and the last time was at 1 lth day. CONCLUSION: The preliminary study of the germination characteristics of the seeds ofA. annua is carried out in the study, and it may be a good reference for the cultivation of A. annua.
