| 摘 要： | 目的:调查北京市某中医医院药品不良反应(ADR)情况,促进合理用药。方法:对北京市某中医医院收集并上报的169份ADR报告进行回顾性分析并评价。结果:169份ADR报告中,化学药品引起的ADR153例,中药引起的ADR52例;引起ADR最多的剂型为注射剂,占ADR总比例64.88%;由联合用药引起的ADR30例,其中14例是中药与化学药品联合使用造成的。结论:应加强合理用药监测,减少和避免ADR的发生。

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE： To investigate the occurrence of ADRs in a TCM hospital in Beijing and to promote rational use of drugs. METHODS： 169 ADR cases collected and reported in a TCM hospital were analyzed and evaluated retrospectively. RE- SULTS： Among 169 ADR cases, 153 ADR cases were caused by chemicals and 52 ADR cases were caused by traditional Chinese medicine. Large part of ADR cases were caused by injections accounting for 64.88%. 30 ADR cases were caused by drug combination, among which 14 ADR cases were induced by combined application of chemicals and traditional Chinese medicine. CONCLUSION： Monitoring of rational use of drugs should be enhanced to reduce and avoid the occurrence of ADR. |
