剖宫产抗菌药物应用的干预研究

目的:干预研究我院剖宫产抗菌药物应用,推动本院合理用药工作的开展。方法:随机抽取我院2009年1～4月和2009年7～10月干预前、后剖宫产手术病例各120例,对抗菌药物应用情况进行回顾性调查分析。结果:干预后预防用药选用合理,以第1代头孢菌素为主。超剂量用药得到有效控制,大大缩短了抗菌药物应用疗程,提高了术前0.5～2h给药率,大幅降低了药品费用。结论:本干预提高了我院剖宫产合理用药水平,降低了剖宫产的医疗费用。

Study on Intervention for Application of Antimicrobial Agents in Patients Undergoing Elective Cesarean Section

OBJECTIVE：To study the application of antimicrobials in patients undergoing elective cesarean section and to promote rational use of drugs in our hospital. METHODS： 240 cases of elective cesarean section were randomly selected from our hospital during Jan.～Apr. in 2009 and Jul.～Oct. in 2009, respectively （n=120）. Retrospective analysis was applied to analyze the application of antimicrobials in those cases. RESULTS： Prophylactic application of antimicrobials was rational after intervention with cephalosporins as the main category. The phenomena of excessive dose of drugs were controlled effectively to shorten medication duration. The rate of medication 0.5～2 h before operation increased and the cost of medicines reduced. CONCLUSION： Relevant measures of intervention can improve rational use of drugs in perioperative patients undergoing elective cesarean section in our hospital and reduce the cost of operation.
