静脉药物配置中心人员培训与质控体系的建立

目的:为促进静脉药物配置中心(PIVAS)质量控制管理体系的建立提供参考。方法:探讨PIVAS中人员的培训方式、培训内容和考核办法以及卫生行政主管部门、医疗机构和PIVAS内部如何建立质量控制管理体系。结果与结论:加强对PIVAS中各级各类人员进行岗位职责、操作规程和技能、专业知识等的持续培训和考核,并分别在卫生行政主管部门、医疗机构和PIVAS内部3个层面建立质量控制管理体系,有利于PIVAS的可持续健康发展。

Personnel Training and Establishment of Quality Control Management System in PIVAS

OBJECTIVE：To provide reference for the establishment of quality control management system in PIVAS.METHODS：The way and content of training and assessment methods in PIVAS were investigated.The way to establish the quality control management system in health administrative departments,medical institutions and PIVAS were discussed.RESULTS CONCLUSIONS：Great importance should be attached to the continuous training and assessment about responsibilities,operating procedures and skills,professional knowledge,etc.in PIVAS.The quality control management system should be established in health administrative departments,medical institutions and PIVAS to promote sustainable healthy development of PIVAS.
