细胞毒药物的合理应用

目的:确保药物的应用安全,同时为临床合理应用细胞毒药物提供参考。方法:通过对药品说明书的认真解读,查阅大量的相关资料,以及药师多年从事细胞毒药物配置的经验,从安全、有效、经济3方面阐述了影响细胞毒药物使用的因素。结果与结论:药师通过对治疗药物剂量、溶媒选择和输注时间、序贯给药、辅助用药、经济学等方面的监控,能够确保化疗药物应用的安全有效;同时,注意降低药物治疗成本,实现药物资源的合理配置和有效利用。

Appropriate Use of Cytotoxic Drugs

OBJECTIVE：To guarantee the safety of drug use and to provide reference for the appropriate use of cytotoxic drugs in the clinic.METHODS：The influencing factors of use of cytotoxic drugs were interpreted in terms of safety,efficacy and benefits by understanding package insert,consulting a lot of relevant literatures and referring to the experience of clinical pharmacists on cytotoxic drug dispensary.RESULTSCONCLUSION：The safety and effectiveness of chemotherapy can be guaranteed by monitoring dosage of drugs,solvent selection,administration time,sequential administration,adjunctive medication,pharmacoeconomics,etc.Rational use and distribution of drug resource can be achieved by reducing the cost of drugs.
