| 摘 要： | 目的:制定舒心通脉片的质量标准。方法:采用薄层色谱(TLC)法对方中降香进行定性鉴别,采用高效液相色谱法测定丹参中丹参素的含量。结果:TLC斑点清晰,阴性无干扰。丹参素进样量在0.14904～0.5589μg范围内与峰面积积分值呈良好线性关系(r=0.9999);平均回收率为99.30%,RSD=1.15%(n=9)。结论:所建标准可用于舒心通脉片的质量控制。

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE： To establish the quality standard of Shuxin tongmai tablets. METHODS： Dalbergia odoritera was identified by TLC qualitatively. The content of tanshinol in Salvia miltiorrhiza was detected by HPLC. RESULTS： The TLC spots were clear and free from interference of negative sample. The linear range of tanshinol was 0.149 04-0.558 9μg（r=0.999 9） with an average recovery of 99.30 % （RSD=1.15 %, n=9）. CONCLUSION： Established quality standard can be used for the quality control of Shuxin tongmai tablets. |
