摘    要:目的:比较不同煎药时间下,使用中药煎药机、不锈钢锅煎煮肉桂时桂皮醛的煎出量,确定肉桂的适宜煎药方法。方法:以高效液相色谱法测定药液中桂皮醛的含量,数据结果进行t检验。结果:不同煎药时间下中药煎药机煎出桂皮醛的含量高于不锈钢锅(P<0.01);中药煎药机煎煮肉桂,桂皮醛煎出量在20min时出现峰值。结论:最好使用中药煎药机煎煮肉桂,且不必"后下"。

Abstract:OBJECTIVE: To compare the yield of cinnaldehydum from Cinnamomum cassia by TCM decoction machine or stainless steel pot at different decoction time, and to determine the appropriate decoction method of C. cassia. METHODS: The content of cinnaldehydum from C. cassia was determined by HPLC. T-test of data and results was conducted. RESULTS: At different decocting time, the yield of cinnaldehydum from C. cassia by TCM extraction machine was higher than by stainless steel pans (P0.01); by TCM extraction machine, the peak yield of cinnaldehydum occurred at 20 min. CONCLUSION: TCM decoction machine is the best choice for the decoction of C. cassia
